private & group sound baths
a meditative experience in which participants are bathed in the frequencies of healing instruments with the intention to guide them into a deep state of meditative relaxation. a typical experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
a typical bath includes a chakra cleanse complimented with binaural beats (to access alpha state for productivity) along with other intuitive offerings.
for more than two, group sound baths are available. a wonderful option for bridal/bachelorette parties, group self care days, etc. these sessions can be hosted in your home or in my space. proof of vaccination or negative covid test required. for more info on large group offerings, please submit an inquiry through the contact page.
